We are extremely proud of our achievements, having been awarded 78 wine show Trophies and 1,277 wine show medals (as at 22 November 2024). Notable recent successes includes:
- being awarded seven Trophies and ten Gold Medals for our2023 Pinot Noir(click on the link for more details); and
- being awarded five Trophies and nine Gold Medals for our (not yet released) 2023 Reserve Pinot Noir (Trophy “Best Pinot Noir” 2024 Royal Perth Wine Show, Trophy “Best Pinot Noir” 2024 WineWise Small Vigneron Awards, Trophy x3 “Best Pinot Noir”, "Best Dry Red Wine” and “Best Wine by a Small Winery” 2024 Rutherglen Wine Show, Gold Medals - 2024 Melbourne Royal Wine Awards, 2024 Rutherglen Wine Show, 2024 New Zealand International Wine Show, 2024 Royal Perth Wine Show, 2024 Australian Pinot Noir Challenge, 2024 WineWise Small Vigneron Awards, 2024 Sydney Royal Wine Show, 2024 International Cool Climate Wine Show and 2024 Australian Cool Climate Wine Show).
The 2022 James Halliday Australian Wine Companion wrote that:
“Until 1990 the Bream Creek fruit was sold to Moorilla Estate, but since then the winery has been independently owned and managed by Fred Peacock, legendary for the care he bestows on the vines under his direction.”
